Email to all:

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great week! I am still alive here
in Longmont, CO, even though I am horrible at writing weekly emails.
Elder Prescott is leaving, sadly. I will miss that guy. He helped me
to become a better missionary and I am sad to see him leave. My new
companion will be Elder Tippetts. I've heard a lot of good things
about him so I hope it goes well!

In other news, we have found so many new people to teach this week!
Miracles as so real! I love you all. (Appropriately.)

Have a great week!

Elder Bush

Email to mom:
Mid march already.... it's so crazy! I've already hit my 13 month mark, and I didn't even realize it until today! My mission is flying by so fast. Other missionaries are counting down until they can go home, but I don't know how I feel about going home. I love you all, but I think you should just come here and we can all serve missions together lol

Those are some awesome insights mom :) I did read them all but I don't have a lot of time today to respond so I'll just give an update for now and I'll share my own insights next week. As for now, I do have on insight actually. I am learning a lot about what it means to give your life for the Savior. Nothing can be placed in front of Him. It is a hard doctrine, but it is true. Nothing can be before the Savior as far as importance.

On Saturday we found out that Elder Prescott is getting transferred. I will miss him a lot. He is an awesome missionary and he has really helped me a lot. He has helped me to become a more diligent and loving missionary. I love that guy.
My new companion will be Elder Tippetts and he is a Spanish missionary, so we will be covering 2 English wards and the Spanish group for the whole Stake! We have a lot of work to do! I am excited to learn more Spanish so I don't just sit there while he talks the entire lesson lol

This week also we have seen some cool miracles. While I was on exchanges we found like 5 new people to teach! It was awesome! 3 of them were talking outside to each other and we went up to them. At first we had a pretty harsh response, but then we just kept talking to them and eventually gave them all copies of the Book of Mormon! It was pretty sweet.

I love you so much Mom! Thank you for the thoughts that you shared. I am definitely learning that weaknesses are for us to grow, and it is definitely humbling me and helps me to realize that I cannot succeed on my own.

I will definitely ask Heavenly Father what He thinks of me tonight. Thank you for the suggestion :)

Love. So much love.
Elder Bush
